Western Isles Association for Mental Health is a small locally-based charity in the Western Isles (Scotland). Our subject is health, with a focus on how to maintain (and where necessary, recover) a positive state of mental wellbeing, for individuals and the community as a whole. Catch 23 Addiction Support Group Announcement

The C23 Addiction Support Group will be moving it's meeting day to Tuesdays at 1.30pm beginning February 7th.

There will be no group meeting next week. If you want any more information please get in touch with Donna or Del at Catch 23 on 704964.
