Western Isles Association for Mental Health is a small locally-based charity in the Western Isles (Scotland). Our subject is health, with a focus on how to maintain (and where necessary, recover) a positive state of mental wellbeing, for individuals and the community as a whole. Gordon and Ena Baxter Foundation Grant Award

Funding news- The Gordon & Ena Baxter Foundation have kindly awarded the Association with a grant of £500 towards the costs of our Arts and Writing group sessions.

Co-op Local Community Fund donate to WIAMH

Fantastic news...WIAMH have been awarded £13,120.21
from the Co-op Local Community Fund...
Thanks to everyone who chose us as their preferred charity over the last 6 months and big thanks to the local Co-op in Stornoway for nominating us to receive this funding.


Catch 23 closed Thursday April 6th

Due to staff being involved in our book launch next Thursday evening,6th April at Woodlands Centre, Catch 23 will not be open that day.
